We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as IT Infrastructure Intern. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in IT infrastructure within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Working on our Monterrey Offices.

Responsibilities 

• Perform maintenance on computer equipment.

• Install and configure Windows operating systems.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware components.

• Monitor Windows servers.

• Assist in Active Directory and Office 365 services.

• Provide support to users.

• Assist in structured cabling projects.

• Possess basic knowledge of networking.

• Good English communication
