• Prepares and reviews supporting documents and reports.

• Ensures all billing, cash receipt documents are identified and recorded accurately and timely.

• Reviews and verifies the accuracy of entries, payments, and/or supporting documents.

• Provides records, documentation and communication in support of resolving customer inquires/issues in a timely manner.

• Ensures that all cash entries and general ledger records balance.

• Resolves unapplied balances and remittance issues associated with unapplied accounts.

• Prepares and reviews with Customers and/or Account

• Executives/Operations outstanding items.

• Assists & ensures adherence to all audits by providing supporting records and documentation

• Assists in preparing statistical and monthly reports.
