Description We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Montclair, New Jersey. In this role, you will be crucial in the financial sector, specifically working with account reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and billing. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Manage account reconciliation tasks with a keen eye for detail

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations diligently

• Ensure accurate and timely billing procedures

• Perform data entry tasks as required in the role

• Process invoices with a high level of accuracy

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting

• Operate Oracle and QuickBooks for financial management and accounting tasks

• Employ SAP for business operations and customer relations management. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation tasks and processes.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Familiarity with billing procedures and systems.

• Proven ability in data entry, with high attention to details.

• Skilled in invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with ability to perform complex calculations.

• Experience with Oracle and its financial management systems.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks and its functionalities.

• Understanding and experience with SAP financial software.
