Wellness Instructor

SUMMARY

The Wellness Instructor will provide guests with excellent one-on-one fitness training.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Providing exceptional levels of guest service in adherence to Montage standards.

· Provide one-on-one fitness training to maximize the efficiency of the workout,

· Ensure proper and safe training

· Provide individual attention and motivation.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school or equivalent education required.

· One to two years’ experience in a luxury resort preferred.

· Must possess a positive attitude.

· Must be willing to participate in a learning environment.

· Must integrate company values throughout all interactions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 7 hours in length. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
