Last Mile Health Invitation to BID (Pre-qualification of Suppliers for Goods/Services) in Monrovia, Liberia

RFP No. LMH/PSA/ACC-CHS/001/2024

LETTER OF INVITATION

Dear Sir /Madam,

Last Mile Health invites your submission of a bid for the pre-qualification of suppliers to provide goods/services in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. Last Mile Health also intends to issue a Framework Agreement for Accommodation (Hotel & Guesthouse), Catering, and Hall Rental Services (Conference Facilities) for One (1) year in Monrovia, and LMH-managed counties (Grand Bassa, Grand Gedeh, River Cess), as well as other selected counties. 

Interested eligible bidders/providers may obtain further information from the Last Mile Health Procurement Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M ., Mondays through Thursdays, and on Fridays, 9:00 A.M. to 11:59 A.M .

  • Part 1: Letter of Invitation 

  • Part 2: Tender Information

  • Part 3: Conditions of Tendering

  • Part 4: Terms and Conditions of Purchase (which will be signed by the successful bidder)

  • Part 5: Last Mile Health’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

  • Appendix A: Proposal Cover Letter 

  • Appendix B: Proposal/Bid Document Checklist

    Your tender response must be received in the following format and conditions: 

  • Full completion of the “Tender Response” document so that it is regarded as compliant. Those tenders returned not completed may be treated as void.  

  • Hard copies (One Original, Two Copies) of the bid are to be submitted on headed paper (LetterHead).  

  • Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the TENDER COMMITTEE at the address below:

    3rd Floor, Last Mile Health Building

    Fish Market, Tubman Boulevard 

    Monrovia, Liberia

           4.  The envelope should indicate the RFP Ref No. (LMH/PSA/ACC-CHS/001/2024) but have no other details relating to the bid. 

  1. Your return tender must be received at the address above no later than 11:00 PM on Monday, 8th April 2024. Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the tender being void.  A soft copy should be submitted to Liberia-tender@lastmilehealth.org , the subject line should indicate the RFP Ref No. (LMH/PSA/ACC-CHS/001/2024).

    Returned bids will remain open for consideration for not less than 90 Days from the Closing Date. Last Mile Health is under no obligation to award the contract or to award it to the lowest bidder.
