Our client is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative work environment, showcasing your skills in maintaining financial records and contributing to our client’s financial efficiency and overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring financial transactions and reports

• Processing accounts payable and receivable, invoices and payroll

• Conducting regular ledger entries

• Checking records for accuracy

• Maintaining financial security by adhering to internal controls, database backups

• Completing monthly financial statements

• Preparing for financial audits

• Reviewing and implementing financial policies

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven bookkeeping experience or equivalent role

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles

• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent mathematical and critical reasoning skills

• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. QuickBooks)

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred
