Position: Registered Nurse (RN)  (Home Health)

Location: Monroeville, PA -- ON THE ROAD -- HOME VISITS

Advanced is willing to provide Employee's with three (3) options in relation to a Sign-On/Retention Bonus. Those being a one year, two year and three-year option. Advanced agrees to pay Employee a Sign-On/Retention Bonus of up to a period of three (3) years, Please see the structed breakdown below as it relates to Registered Nurses & Licensed Practical Nurses.

Registered Nurses

• 1 Year/ $5k
• 2 Year/ $10k
• 3 Year/ $15k

*HIRING NOW. Full or Part Time. *We are looking for an experienced home health RNwith superior clinical skills to join our Advanced Home Health team. Our nurses can make up to $80K per year!

• RN's range from 40 - 120 dollars per visit

The RN will coordinate the home care of chronically ill patients by utilizing a disease management process, the OASIS assessment, plan of care and established protocols.

Will educate the patient/caregiver in the management of their illness and promote the home health support systems to decrease re-hospitalization and utilization of hospital emergency services.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Licensed RN, BSN, or LPN with current PA state license.
• EXPERIENCE: Home Health experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Valid driver's license necessary.
