Job Title ADI Clerk

Division: Luxe Division

Location: Monmouth Junction

Reports To: Manager – Inventory Control

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 3pm

What You Will Learn:

This position primary responsibility is to assist with any clerical task within the distribution center. The clerk assists DC supervision with resolution of the non-conformity and may provide suggestions for preventative action. The clerk will also assist in other DC activities as required including performing execution tasks.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Driving & Material Handling:

  • Safely operate warehouse vehicles (e.g., order picker, forklift - specify required licenses) to access elevated rack locations for efficient cycle counting.

  • Adhere to all company safety procedures and traffic regulations within the warehouse environment.

  • ADI Tag Management:

  • Execute the timely and accurate printing of ADI tags, ensuring all necessary information is accurately reflected.

  • Maintain an organized and efficient system for storing and retrieving printed ADI tags.

  • ADI Record Keeping

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for updating and maintaining accurate ADI records.

  • Conduct regular audits of ADI records to identify and rectify any discrepancies.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of inventory control processes and procedures.

  • Proactively identify areas for efficiency gains, error reduction, and enhanced data accuracy.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year warehouse environment.

  • Must be able to travel to local L’Oreal warehouses for staging of ADI pallets

  • Work independently with strong aptitude to detail.
