Responsible for regulatory compliance in all utility operations to include completion of required forms and reports as required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD). Conducts water laboratory testing procedures and general maintenance and cleaning of water facilities.
