The Resource Connection is actively looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant II in our Resource and Referral Program. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

This position supports our dynamic Resource and Referral team at our office located in Mokelumne Hill by answering phones and directing clientele.

Key areas of support:

  • Lead the charge in crafting meticulous monthly meeting agendas and minutes that resonate with our organizational standards.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of Calaveras Child Care Council and Amador Child Care Council activities, aligning with state regulations, Brown Act, and Bylaws.
  • Coordinate and artfully prepare communications, resources, and information, while showcasing your professionalism.
  • Methodically collect information and data to keep our child care needs assessments and county-wide child care plans up-to-date.
  • Manage the development of Resource and Referralevents and workshops, infusing energy and creativity.
  • Dive into the coordination of the annual Children's Fair and Celebrate our Children events, bringing your organizational commitment to the forefront.
  • Contribute to the meticulous inventory and organization of the lending library, ensuring accessibility and order.
  • Support the monthly steps in processing Subsidy Provider Attendance forms and payment.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • An Administrative Assistant Certificate is a plus.
  • A minimum of two years of business office experience, coupled with proficiency in handling a multi-line phone system.
  • Preferably, you have experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • A valid California Driver's License with proof of current auto insurance coverage.
  • Flexibility to work irregularhours and attend night meetings based on organizational requirements.

Schedule:

Full-Time In Person Position: Monday-Thursday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.

Pay Range:$19.83 - $23.06 per hour
