This is a salaried/exempt position with an annual estimated salary of $107,661.00 which will be based on a candidate’s work history and experience.

Review, organize and update various grant information spreadsheets, records and files. Assist and respond to numerous PIs and Grantee Institutions' inquiries regarding grant matters (e.g. funding, reporting, budget, no-cost extensions). Work with program managers and NSSC Grant Office to facilitate the funding/award process of new and existing grants. Work with project and resources managers regarding commitment/obligation/costs phasing plans. Track, verify status and monitor the progress of grants and cooperative agreements. The preparation and coordination of grant materials and required resources.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma, plus five years of applicable experience. Associates of Arts, Associates of Science, Bachelor of Arts, or Bachelor of Science is preferred.
