Our fortune 500 client one of the largest Telecommunication company in Alabama is looking for Hardworking and motivated Telecom Site Development Leasing Specialist to join their innovative team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Site Development Leasing Specialist to support our Engineering, Site Development, and Soft Cost/Area Teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom leasing, with a proven ability to manage a high volume of lease projects and submittals while ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements. This position is remote but may require occasional travel to market offices or the Birmingham Call Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Managers and team members to manage large lease documentation buildouts.

• Assist Project Managers with lease term reviews, recommending alternate language where applicable.

• Facilitate high-cost lease justifications early in the leasing process.

• Ensure vendor performance aligns with lease commitments and deadlines.

• Handle leasing tasks for complex, long lead-time projects such as build-to-suits and difficult sites.

• Review the completeness of lease summaries and enforce legal requirements.

• Front-end review of leases and alternative language acceptance.

• Track the status of lease projects, identifying corrections, and providing detailed reporting to project leads.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of telecom site development and leasing experience.

• Proficiency in working with telecom database tools (e.g., Magentabuilt, Siterra, or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of electronic leasing submittals.

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and complex data analysis.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple lease projects, revisions, and tracking simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telecom leasing, with an emphasis on site development.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume lease tracking and reporting.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Travel:

• Travel expenses are approved on an as-needed basis (may include trips to market offices).

• Must be available for occasional meetings at the Birmingham Call Center (no reimbursement for local meetings).
