[This position assists Food and Beverage Manager with all concessions/bars events as well as all special events. Primary responsibilities include assisting the manager with running and maintaining cleanliness in the bars and concessions stands, supervising the bar and concessions staff

Assists in the hiring and training of all concessions and bar employees.

Oversees all third party vendors in the facility.

Attends in-house event-related meetings and relays immediate changes with other departments.

Maintains all concession and bar equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.

Enforce all sanitation procedures including safety guidelines and OSHA requirements.

Responsible for concession and bar signage and sales displays.

Manages cash handling policy and procedures.

Follows all rules and regulations which apply to the food and beverage operations and to ASM GLOBAL Food and Beverage Division.

Fulfilling the service per each mobile or permanent bar with the proper stock and staffing levels.
