Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

$10,000 sign-on bonus!

Position Highlights:

  • May be eligible for $10,000 sign-on bonus paid out over 24 months!

Job Summary

Assists in the examination and treatment of patients following established standards and practices as directed by the supervising physician.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Licensed Registered Nurse in South Dakota.

  • Basic Life Support, TNCC and ACLS certification is mandatory within six months of employment.

  • Demonstrates proficiency with cardiac monitor strip interpretation.

  • Previous experience in medical, surgical or pediatric nursing helpful.

Work Schedule

  • Various shifts: 6:00am-6:00pm, 11:00am-11:00pm, 6:00pm-6:00am; 72 hours every 2 weeks

  • every third weekend

  • every third holiday

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $32.00 - $46.50 per hour
