Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Finishing Feeder/Packer to join our team. As a Finishing Feeder/Packer, you will be responsible for handling folding carton products and manipulating them throughout the packaging process. Your attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to quality will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the finishing equipment, such as the folder/gluer, packer, and palletizer.

• Inspect carton products for quality issues, such as printing errors, damaged corners, or missing information.

• Feed carton products into the machinery, ensuring they are properly aligned and positioned.

• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate folding, gluing, and stacking of carton products.

• Pack finished carton products into designated containers or boxes, following specific instructions and safety guidelines.

• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.

• Assist in loading and unloading carton products onto pallets using forklifts or manual equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.

• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret measurements.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Knowledge of safe machinery operation and good understanding of workplace safety guidelines.

• Ability to follow instructions and strict guidelines.

• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
