Machine Operator In Mitchell - ENTRY LEVEL

Location: Mitchell, SD

Wage: $18 - $22 per hour

Seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators in our fast-paced cardboard box production facility located in Mitchell, SD. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines that produce high-quality cardboard boxes according to company specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery to manufacture cardboard boxes efficiently and accurately

• Monitoring machines to ensure proper functioning and making adjustments as needed

• Inspecting finished products for quality control and compliance with company standards

• Performing routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance

• Following all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
