Insight Global Service Desk Administrator in Mississauga, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join a Managed Services company in their Mississauga, ON., office. This person will be responsible for handling all customer service inquiries that come into the service desk, both via phone calls and emails, and responding to/resolving tickets in a timely manner. Strong customer service experience is required. Any technical background and abilities would be an asset in this role.

Skills and Requirements

1+ year of experience in customer service - IT/technology preferred

Experience with ticketing systems - Autotask, ServiceNow, JIRA, Connectwise, etc.

Strong technical abilities - computer skills, MS Suite experience

Strong communication skills Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience null
