Take the next step in your retail merchandising career. Join CROSSMARK, a leading sales and marketing services agency across North America, as a Full-time Retail Supervisor to support the in-store execution for our leading CPG client.

This position plans the execution of merchandising and sales activities in designated territory as directed by ROM and assigned sales plans.

Responsibilities

  • Interviews, hires, and trains employees on company policies, procedures, and position responsibilities.

  • Schedules field contacts with Retail Representative to assess, train, and develop retail skills and knowledge.

  • Assigns Retail Representative territories in an efficient manner that maximizes time and resources.

  • Communicates retail priorities and updates to staff in a timely manner.

  • Manages employees’ overall work performance.

  • Maintains accurate records of employee work performance.

  • Coaches and develops employees to their fullest potential.

  • Monitors execution of objectives and follows up with Retail Representatives regarding completion.

  • Includes auditing for store condition and task completion.

  • Maintains an acceptable level of retail compliance of assigned objectives.

  • Schedules and manages all client field contacts in territory.

  • Ensure personnel are prepared.

  • Communicates all current and pertinent information on product lines as it relates to maintenance or sales activities and promotions.

  • Inspects company equipment on a regular basis to ensure proper maintenance.

  • Completes and submits to management all required paperwork on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

Successful candidate will possess:

  • Previous supervisory experience in merchandising or sales.

  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

  • Ability to work independently and engage effectively with others.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
