This is an 18 Month Contract position.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

  • Act as primary internal point of contact for all marketing work for their assigned client (Roofmart, RoofCentre, AMA and Liberty Roofing Center).

  • Work at the direction of the Distributor Marketing Services Leader to identify goals, conduct discovery and cull out insights to assist with developing strategy and budget for their client, to ladder up to the overall distributor marketing plan.

  • Recommend ongoing marketing channel tactics that meet strategic marketing goals for their client, including but not limited to, tradeshows, advertising, public relations, social media, events, direct mail and sales literature.

  • Oversee and manage execution of entire marketing plan for client, including development and management of project schedules, resources, vendors and budget.

  • Coordinate work with Creative Services department and print production vendors, including development of briefs, timelines, status sheets and other project documents.

  • Oversee content development to ensure consistency of key messages pertaining to their business unit.

  • Act as internal “traffic” liaison, utilizing internal project management systems (Lytho) and department SOPs to ensure projects stay on time and on budget.

  • Manage inventory and fulfillment of all printed materials developed for their client (outsourced to third-party vendors), as well as maintain print and electronic libraries of all produced marketing materials.

  • Understand, implement and enforce corporate brand guidelines.

  • Research and communicate client success stories, projects, products and innovations.

WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;

  • Work is performed in an office environment

  • Travel requirement maybe up to 15%
