Your Impact:

  • Ensure your division consistently applies operational best practices, leading to strong performance across the board.

  • Engage in real-time coaching, empowering your team to optimize sales visits, manage orders, and resolve challenges effectively.

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a Staffing Consultant role with Randstad or 2+ years in the staffing industry, with a preference for experience in the engineering vertical.

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional recruiting results.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
