Kelly’s customer, a high-tech company providing machine tools and laser technology, is looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative to work in their small parts department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive customer requests via email

• Address quotes parts requests

• Ordering spare parts for team or customers

• Accurately document information into ERP system, and follow all SOP’s

• Provide quotes for the service team

• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude

• Adapt quickly to processes and procedures and follow SOP’s

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to meet team metrics
