Role Description:

In this position, you will be supporting the commercial sales organization for multiple divisions within Hologic Canada. You will be responsible for supporting strategic offer development for national agreements, contract language review, contract negotiations and redlines, and contract governance and compliance tracking within your assigned territory.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Contract Redlining

  • Review, redline, and negotiate commercial contracts with end customers leveraging standard and preferred terms and conditions.

  • Build transparent, collaborative, and strong relationships with our customers and key internal stakeholders.

  • Promote cross functional and cross divisional strategy, communication, and tactical planning to minimize risk and maximize contract effectiveness.

  • Work professionally and collaboratively with cross functional and divisional stakeholders and the leadership team.

  • Identify and adhere to approval requirements based on established internal policies and procedures.

  • Contract Governance and Compliance Tracking

  • Manage and maintain established contract trackers.

  • Provide quarterly reports to key internal stakeholders on customer compliance adherence.

  • Provide quarterly rebate reports to key commercial stakeholders to track rebate payment requirements.

  • Arrange payments for rebate agreements as and when necessary.

  • National Contract Management

  • Draft non-standard, strategic commercial contracts for GPOs, SSOs and key national and provincial accounts.

  • Regularly update appropriate contract databases with membership lists, amendments, discontinuations, etc. for contracted GPOs and SSOs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Bilingual: French and English

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work well within a team

  • Strategic planning and organizational skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to change

  • Strong attention to detail skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Strong propensity to learn new software programs/systems

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with contract terms

  • Strong problem solving skills

The annualized base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
