Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a strong Principal DevSecOps Engineer to join a team of one of our large distribution clients in the Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL area. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be helping to shape the organization's SDLC by integrating strong security practices into their processes. Your expertise will drive the implementation of robust CICD patterns, and you will be expected to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to ensure applications are secure and reliable. At the Principal level, the ideal candidate will have proven experience architecting strong solutions (specifically AWS cloud migration solutions) that suit the environment of the organization and follow industry level standards.

Pay rate range: $60-68/hour

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field

 5+ years of experience in DevOps principles and practices

 Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform), writing modules in Terraform

 Strong experience designing and implementing secure, automated CI/CD pipelines with modern tools

o GitOps, Github Actions, etc.

 Strong understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS preferred)

 Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python) Relevant certifications, especially in AWS/ certified developers

 Experience with security tools null
