As the Integration Developer, you will be responsible for the development, testing, and maintenance of shipboard integration products and services. This position is full-time, onsite, and contract to hire.
The ideal candidate will provide after-business hours and weekend support on a rotational basis.
What You’ll Do
Engage in solution discovery and design to meet business requirements
Perform TIBCO development/software engineering task
Conduct unit testing to ensure functionality meets expectations
Provide support during System Integration Testing
Manage environment configuration and support to maintain continuous operation
Build and maintain pipelines for efficient software delivery
Handle solution delivery, including the management of change management tickets
Offer production support and maintenance for shipboard integration products and services
What You’ll Need
Required:
Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.15 and TIBCO EMS
Experience with web service protocols such as REST/JSON
Familiarity with AWS cloud services
Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) practices
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
At least 5 years of experience in a related field
Desired:
- Proficiency in Java or a similar programming language
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
