Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business analysis support to CRM software support and enhancements.

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to handle CRM software support, projects, and enhancements for the B2C Call Centers. This position will be full-time, onsite, and is a contract position renewed semi-annually.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a liaison between IT andBusiness management

  • Analyze and prioritize business system requests and user needs

  • Perform requirements gathering,process analysis, and functional decomposition

  • Conceive and recommend functional solutions that meet business needs

  • Ensure functional solutions align with compliance regulations (i.e.- SOX, PCI, GDPR)

  • Identify a solution’s impacts to the current business environment

  • Author detailedfunctional specifications

  • Write test plans, perform software certification, and overseeUAT

  • Develop training materials for end users

  • Supportsoftware migrations

  • Troubleshoot system issues

  • Perform duties in accordance with standard SDLC methodologies (i.e.-waterfall,SCRUM,AGILE) and industry best practices

  • Perform other job-related duties assigned by supervisor

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH LOYALTY/REWARDS PROGRAMS

  • 5+ years ofIT Business Analysisexperience in a medium to large company

  • 3+ years ofSoftware Testingexperience with enterprise-wide applications

  • Proven ability to collaborate and clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing, with technical peers and business partners

  • Able to multi-task with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment

  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team

  • Strong knowledge ofbusiness process analysis, concepts, tools, best practices and procedures

  • Creativitycombined with analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Experience withwaterfallandagilemethodologies

  • Competent with documentation and presentation software applications such as MS Office,Confluence,Visio, and PowerPoint

  • Competent withrequirements management, issue tracking, and workload software applications such asJira,HP Quality Center, Remedy, Clarity, and MS Project

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
