Position Summary
The Parts Associate is responsible for demonstrating superior customer service to our internal and external customers by providing professional assistance in person and via phone and ensuring accuracy in the procurement and fulfillment of all parts orders.

Precisely take orders through all available tools and resources (phone, text, counter, and email)
Effectively research and create orders using internal inventory and external partnerships, as needed
Assist in managing and controlling parts inventory
Ship and receive incoming and outgoing orders with accuracy
Replenishment of company Vans, review requests and fill
Make hose assemblies using in house tools
Ensure warehouse and counter is well organized, clean and stocked
General clerical duties including but not limited to filing, emailing, creation of orders.
Qualifications
High school graduate
Previous parts experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred
Highly desired or preferred industry experience for front or back counter help (working with technicians or over the counter customers)
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook
Organizational and time management skills
Inventory control ability
Good oral and written communication skills
Valid California driver’s license
Expected to attend parts classes when offered by management
Appearance must be neat and professional
Physical requirements
Must be able to repetitively stoop, bend, push, pull, squat, climb and kneel on a regular basis
Must be able to operate computers, hose making machines
Must be physically able to repetitively lift 50 pounds unaided (must ask for assistance if lifting over 50 pounds)
Must be physically able to operate / drive, a company van if necessary to go to customer site
Must be physically able to speak and interact with other company associates
Must be physically and mentally able to read, write, and follow directions

Wage range DOE: $21.11/hr. - $27.59/hr.
