**[Job Summary:[The Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all food products meet established safety and quality standards. • Maintain quality assurance programs.
• Conduct regular inspections of food production facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and document quality assurance activities, including testing, checks and inspection results.
• Investigate and address food safety and quality issues, proposing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all quality assurance activities.
• Utilize clerical experience for accurate record-keeping and administrative tasks.
