Huntington National Bank Project Manager - Account Holds in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Description

The Project Manager - Account Holds plays a vital role in supporting the CRB customer experience by ensuring that all account holds are managed in adherence to governing policies and procedures. This position is responsible for monitoring, reporting on metrics, and ensuring compliance across various teams, contributing to the smooth execution of account hold processes while maintaining a high standard of communication.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Regularly generate and analyze reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account holds, identifying trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

· Ensure all account holds comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices by auditing processes and working closely with relevant departments.

· Act as the primary liaison between operational teams and leadership, providing clear and timely updates on account hold performance, risks, and resolutions.

· Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize account hold procedures, reducing customer impact and improving overall efficiency.

· Focus on minimizing disruptions to the customer experience by ensuring account holds are managed promptly and effectively in alignment with service level agreements.

· Work with teams such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, and the Experience Management Office to align on processes, share insights, and ensure a unified approach to account holds.

· Maintain repository of policies and procedures related to account holds and provide guidance to various teams to ensure consistency in execution.

· Support team on an ad-hoc basis with on-going work, understanding day-to-day processes with an ability to execute when needed

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree

· 3 years proven experience in a banking compliance or bank operations role.

· Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc).

• Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics reporting and data analysis.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Experience presenting to leadership. Inclusive of building PowerPoint and crafting the key message.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Tableau experience – including dashboard creation and Tableau Prep (calculated fields, data cleansing)

· Experience helping customers manage banking accounts
