Description

Our Minneapolis, MN client is currently seeking a Data Analyst with pharmacy benefit management experience to assist on a long term contract project. The client is willing to look at resources that are fully remote, anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will be assisting a healthcare organization prepare for the go live of the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (MPPP or M3P) program, set for January 2025. The client is in need of candidates who have very strong pharmacy benefit operations experience, ideally in the Medicare and Medicaid space. Candidate will be working to complete M3P concurrent client testing for both new and existing clients in preparation for the January 2025 M3P requirements. This role will require the analysis of PBM claims data through RxCLAIM, utilizing a variety of tools to segment and utilize customer data to ensure compliance with the new M3P standards. Advanced experience with Pharmacy Benefit Operations is required.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience is required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the entire Microsoft Office Suite of products.

• RxCLAIM claim adjudication experience highly desired.

• Eligibility and benefits experience is highly desired.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Biology or Pharmacy Operations preferred.
