Our Fortune 500 client is seeking an Operations Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems and has a knack for making systems work harmoniously. This isn’t a traditional IT role but requires a deep understanding of how systems function within a business context. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve issues causing discrepancies between interconnected systems, ensuring smooth updates and synchronization.

• Data Management: Collaborate with the team to address and correct data inconsistencies, continuously improving data integrity over time.

• System Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and functioning between various systems, utilizing problem-solving skills in the absence of detailed instructions.

• Process Enhancement: Recognize areas where processes can be improved and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain necessary documentation, and contribute to creating guidelines and procedures as needed.

• Self-Leadership: Act independently to investigate issues, seek information proactively, and leverage available resources for problem-solving.

  Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED

• 3 months of experience in a production auditing or analyst role

• Proficient with Microsoft Word creating and editing documents Excel general spreadsheet navigation and Outlook email and calendar

• Experience working with multiple system platforms

• Reliable high speed internet connection at home and a private area to work

• Ability to work overtime as needed
