Position Title: Account Processor Location: Hopkins, MN Anticipated Start Date: 08/12/2024 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 3+ Months (possibility for extension) Job Type: Monday through Friday - (100% Onsite) Pay Range: $15/hr - $15.90/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Data Entry. Administrative duties. Mortgage documentation. Description: Performs routine clerical or job data entry functions within mortgage operations or servicing departments. Sorts and files correspondence, loan documents, and other records in alphabetic or numerical order or according to a specific loan. Retrieves archived files. Processes paperwork, gathers and verifies data, and transfers data into a standard format. Generates correspondence and routine reports, answers incoming telephone calls, responds to routine customer inquiries, and performs a variety of clerical duties. Accept, review, verify, and process collateral packages for Mortgage Warehouse customers to secure warehouse lines of credit. Data input of collateral on the tracking system. File new and ship shipped collateral and retrieve collateral for shipping to investors: review, research, and clear exceptions.
