Job Summary

The Workplace Ambassador will be responsible for responding to and delivering all aspects of workplace operations through a hospitality lens; offering continuous attentive service and creating an exceptional employee experience within a Wells Fargo Administrative location. You will be a collaborative partner who is confident and comfortable with our processes and tools. You will establish trust based relationships and will establish yourself as a key member of the local workplace team. This is an internal client facing role that provides the opportunity to combine your passion for delivering a high level of service, with excellent people skills, and an enthusiasm for getting issues resolved quickly in order to enhance the on-site experience for employees.

The Ambassador’s primary responsibility will be providing support to employees who work in a flexible (shared) desk environment. This role will ensure employees have a safe, comfortable, and functional workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides on-site welcome and assistance throughout scheduled shift for all in-house clients.

Ensure available supplies of items such as headsets and technology cables to support staff if needed.

Be face of the building and known resource to employees.

Help promote engagement and facilitate a sense of community. Collaborate with Site Leader to facilitate engagement activities bringing the employee base together.

Assist with overall appearance of the facility including restocking supplies and organizing furniture.

Monitors event and in office activities to ensure satisfaction of guests and resolution of any problems that arise

Own and manage enterprise meeting rooms, and report on any inconsistency and coordinate AV maintenance if necessary.

Provide assistance to new hires or relocators to help them navigate and become familiar with their new workspace.

Ensure all issues are logged and reported through the appropriate ticketing system; take ownership for effective follow up and resolution to the issue.

Monitor employee adherence to workplace policies.

Solicit feedback on the flex seating experience and communicate to the appropriate team.

Monitor & analyze data for issue trends. Work with Facilities Management and the tech teams to look for effective resolutions to prevent further occurrences of the same issue.

Build positive and productive relationships that cultivate a high level of trust in the Ambassadors ability to get issues resolved quickly.

Support all customer inquiries and issues with a tactful and confidential approach.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Liaise and work collaboratively in a positive and productive ‘one-goal’ approach across departments

Visibly engage with employees to be a known presence in the workplace.

Provide information regarding the community including directions, attractions, shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Minimum Qualifications:

Flexible and willing attitude and enjoys being part of a team.

Ability to quickly establish positive and productive relationships with colleagues, building vendors, and the firms’ employees.

Passionate about great customer service and ensuring employees / visitors have a positive experience when in the office.

Proactive and confident to make reasonable suggestions for where Wells Fargo improvements may be achieved.

Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient in high-pressure scenarios.
