job summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping software and systems, and forklift experience is a plus. The role involves entering invoices, tracking inventory, handling LTL and partial shipments, and communicating with other branches. The candidate should also be capable of performing other warehouse tasks as needed. Responsibilities: Enter invoices and track inventory accurately using shipping software. Handle LTL and partial shipments efficiently. Communicate with other branches via phone and email. Pick, pack, and stage items for shipping. Operate sit-down and cherry picker forklifts (if experienced). Assist with racking parts to prepare for painting or plating. Perform problem-solving tasks related to shipping and receiving. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Requirements: Experience with shipping software and systems. Forklift experience is a plus (sit-down and cherry picker). Basic computer skills for entering new products. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

salary: $19/hr

work hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
