The UX Content Writer is responsible for providing strategic recommendations for targeted, optimized content delivery as well as managing compliant content for consumer-facing websites and other consumer-facing digital channels as needed.

Job description:

• In this role, you will work closely with agile teams to drive and support key strategic initiatives in the digital space.

• This role will ensure content quality and alignment and maximize the use of content tools and platforms available to drive results.

• You will work closely with multiple business partners and leaders

• You will be a part of Consumer Marketing at the company.

• Product: Mobile and secure sites

• Creating user-friendly content for all the websites. Think of: creating simple and easy content so that the customers know where to go on websites. Creating a better customer experience to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX Content Writing ( On websites- this will not entail blogs, etc.)

• 3+ years Content Strategy

• Agile

• Figma experience would be a plus

• Experience creating content for mobile app on iOS and Android is a plus, not a must-have.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
