Eide Bailly Transfer Pricing Senior Associate - Remote Eligible in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Location: All Locations in the United States Work Arrangement: Remote, In-office or Hybrid A Day in the Life A typical day as a Transfer Pricing Senior Associate might include the following: Assisting in drafting and delivering transfer pricing projects, e.g., planning and documentation reports. Preparing and analyzing financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance utilizing MS Word, Excel, Access, and various statistical sampling packages. Performing financial/economic analyses and building financial valuation models. Reviewing and analyzing client financial statements. Researching comparable publicly traded companies. Researching transfer pricing technical topics and issues. Coordinating work and collaborating with other tax and audit colleagues globally. Assisting with transfer pricing controversy support. Reviewing intercompany agreements. Who You Are You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or another relevant discipline (required). A Master's degree is preferred. You have a minimum of 2 years of transfer pricing experience. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You have the ability to work at a fast pace, often with shifting responsibilities. You work effectively in a team environment and partner well with people at all levels within an organization. You are a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who takes ownership of projects. You possess strong research, analytical, organizational and presentation skills. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
