​Total Rewards Analyst

ABOUT YOU:

This role provides support for the organization’s compensation, benefits, and HR systems, which may include administration of: merit programs, bonus programs, salary survey responses, job evaluations, retirement plans, leave policies, health and welfare benefits, and other programs, such as milestone and other recognition programs, and time off plans and programs that fall under total rewards.

YOU HAVE:

  • Passion. Ability to work well in a team environment serving many different customers.

  • Technical skills. Knowledge of compensation, benefit, and/or time off plans/regulations. Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills, problem solving, organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deal with extremely confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.

  • Great communication skills. Ability to communicate well with employees at all levels of the company. Excellent customer service skills.

  • Education & experience. 4-year degree with 2-4 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in an HR function.

  • Preferred. Experience with ADP Workforce and strong business acumen.

    YOU WILL:

  • Update and Maintain Compensation Programs

  • Administer all US and Global compensation programs including base pay changes, annual/quarterly and other incentive plans, including sales incentive payment process and special incentive programs.

  • Ensure compensation plans comply with all internal programs, legislative and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduce compensation evaluations, including review of job duties, job and market analysis, develop recommendations for grade assignment, FLSA status and incentive eligibility.

  • Evaluate job duties, conduct market and internal analysis to create and/or maintain Skill Base Pay programs for production staff.

  • Maintain job description database.

  • Maintain all incentive information for plan participants in ADP and collaborate with Payroll to process.

  • Create and disseminate HR, leader, and participant communications (e.g., plan documents, award communications, compensation training, etc.)

  • Participate in compensation surveys conducted by outside vendors.

  • Maintain current and accurate program documentation and ensure program compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Support HR Systems

  • Maintain job and compensation records in ADP (e.g., create new jobs and/or edit existing jobs, incentive targets, salary grades, etc.).

  • Maintain and audit compensation data in HR systems.

  • Complete total rewards reporting and conduct analytics.

  • Support Benefits Programs

  • Support in the administration of all health and welfare, retirement, and time off plan daily operations to ensure program compliance with plan provisions and applicable regulations.

  • Provide support to employees or troubleshoot benefit eligibility, claims, enrollment, and other issues that arise.

  • Collaborate in creation of communications that comply with regulations and keep employees properly informed about their benefits.

  • Provide Total Rewards Program Support

  • ​Review, coordinate and track billing and accounts payables reconciliation for applicable vendors, and other projects as assigned.

  • Other project support as needed.
