Position type: Full-time -- Contract Location: FULLY REMOTE As a Systems Administrator, you will: This position plays a critical role in supporting and developing the migration of the existing Genesys i3 Dialer to the Genesys CX Cloud Platform. Contractors in this role will possess specific skill sets essential for ensuring a successful migration and providing ongoing support. Team Description: The candidate will collaborate with a team of approximately 20 members spread across four teams: Admin Support, Dialer, DBA (Data), and Development Teams. The team culture promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and excellence in project execution. Responsibilities:

  • Genesys Cloud Design and Administration: Design and administer Genesys Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Knowledge of Genesys Architect and IVR: Utilize expertise in Genesys Architect to architect solutions and optimize IVR configurations.
  • Experience with Dialer and Integrations: Configure and manage Dialer functionality within the Genesys Cloud platform, including integrations.
  • Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR): Implement TTS and ASR capabilities within the platform to enhance customer interactions.
  • Broad Genesys Cloud Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Genesys Cloud platform and contribute to migration development work.
  • Assist with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support testing phases to validate functionality and identify and resolve issues.
  • Vendor Ticket Management: Open and manage vendor tickets, collaborating with Genesys support to address platform issues.
  • Cloud Functions Development: Contribute to the development of custom Cloud functions and assist with testing.
  • Collaborative Support Across Teams: Work with all groups involved in the migration to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal Candidate Background: The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Pureconnect to Genesys Cloud CX support with a broad understanding of Genesys applications and best practices. Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Proficiency in Genesys Cloud design and administration.
  • Knowledge of Genesys Architect and IVR.
  • Experience with Dialer and integrations.
  • Familiarity with Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR).
  • Broad Genesys Cloud knowledge.
