Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Client Workspace Project Due Diligence Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project due diligence processes for the client workspace projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and other project team members to ensure successful project initiation and planning to ensure project delivery is within the quality, budget, and timeline constraints defined by the client. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and proactive professional with a deep understanding of the pre-construction and due diligence phases in the commercial real estate industry. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all pre-construction activities, including but not limited to: project conception, feasibility analysis, land acquisition, entitlements, permitting, design development, value engineering, and initial scheduling. Conduct thorough project due diligence, including market analysis, site analysis, financial analysis, risk assessment, and project cost estimation. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules that align with client requirements and objectives. Support the preparation and coordination of all required project documentation, such as RFIs, RFPs, construction contracts, scopes of work, project specifications, and bid packages. Manage and coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution while maintaining adherence to design intent, regulatory standards, code compliance, and industry best practices. Monitor and control project progress, identify and resolve potential risks and issues, and implement necessary corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the initiate and planning phases of the project. Provide regular project status updates, performance reports, and financial analysis to senior management, stakeholders, and clients. Transition project to execution PM team at completion of due diligence phase Stay updated with emerging industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to pre-construction and project due diligence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Proven experience in project management, specifically in pre-construction and project due diligence within the commercial real estate industry. Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle, including pre-construction, entitlements, design development, construction, and closeout phases. Extensive experience in conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment. General understanding of building codes, permitting processes, zoning regulations, and environmental compliance. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and motivate team members toward project success. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
