Wells Fargo Senior Product Manager, Payment Manager in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Payments Product Manager in Global Payments and Liquidity, as part of Enterprise Functions. This position will support the Payment Manager service, to deliver a market leading solution for file-based payment initiation to our commercial customers. In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for assigned products, including developing product strategy for assigned products and prioritizing enhancements
Participates in and supports product financials, including revenue, pricing, profitability, volume tracking and billing processes
Lead or participate in management of all risk management activities for assigned products, including annual risk assessments
Establish and foster relationships with key partners, collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
Responsible for product life-cycle management including creation of business cases, product enhancements, user story creation, supporting sales and marketing, product launches and product exits
Provide expertise on complex and technical products and services, including leading moderately complex initiatives
Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience and expertise within treasury management (payments & liquidity), payables products, including Payment Manager, check, wire and ACH services
Project Management experience including use of Agile methodology
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
Ability to work and influence various levels of leadership both internally and externally
Ability to collaborate with clients, identify business opportunities, and translate into innovative & valuable solutions
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative and accountability in a dynamic and complex environment
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
