We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and oversee the development and execution of projects from order receipt to contract fulfillment. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, develop strong relationships, protect the company's interests, and maximize project objectives in terms of quality, financial outcomes, and schedule adherence. As the single point of contact with customers on projects, the Project Manager will act as the internal subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development and execution from receipt of order to contract fulfillment.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and develop strong customer relationships.

• Protect the company's position and maximize project objectives related to quality, financial outcomes, and schedule adherence.

• Act as the single point of contact with customers on projects.

• Create and maintain Project Plans.

• Ensure necessary support is obtained from Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and other departments to meet project objectives and milestones.

• Review designs before sending them to the client.

The role requires strong customer interaction and management skills. Experience with SAP or other work management software is highly desired.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $57.00/hr.
