Our agency client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in a freelance capacity. This role is: - Hybrid onsite any 2 days - 40 hours/week - Ongoing with potential for conversion at a later date To be considered for this role, the Project Manager must have: - 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, in an agency, preferably with digital projects being your core of experience. - Client and vendor facing experience, ideally with the ability to lead a kick off - Workamjig (WMJ) experience is a plus but any PM tool will work - Experience working with vendors or managing producers helping with schedule management experience - Experience in a fast-paced environment; self-starter - Solid understanding of all agency service offerings - Ability to work through unfamiliar assignments and deliverables with a drive to figure out the best path to project completion Project Manager responsibilities include: - collaborating on scoping, pricing, and process for all projects. - creating and maintaining timelines, as well as various tools and documentation associated with each project. - monitoring and problem-solving red flags or hiccups as needed, including issues with budgets, POs, expenses, vendor partner engagements, etc. Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
