National Marrow Donor Program Program Partner, Diverse Partnerships - Hybrid/Remote-2400006P in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Please apply online using a laptop or desktop computer.POSITION SUMMARY:The Program Partner is responsible for managing partnerships focused on assigned market(s) and/or program(s). Engagement will be at the national level with implementation at regional level with a focus on providing superior partnership service and results that save lives.Assigned market/program: Diverse partnerships (higher education), national corporate and community within target recruitment audience (18-24 year/old). This position can be remote (US) or hybrid. #LI-Remote #LI-HybridACCOUNTABILITIES:Partnership Management:Act as relationship manager on assigned partnerships serving as primary partnership point of contact for national assigned partnerships.Act as relationship manager to national network of external stakeholders in support of local regional recruitment activation.Trainer for all assigned partnerships to internal and external stakeholders.Assume all program and operational management of assigned partnerships including, but not limited to: lead management; training facilitation; meeting facilitation competition tracking reporting results and creating annual reports; plan and manage all conference activities.Act as subject matter expert on assigned partnerships to all internal and external partiesRepresent NMDP at approved conferences both virtually and in personIdentify and research future partnership opportunities and elevate to supervisor for vetting. Assist in pitching, closing, managing, and renewing approved partnerships.Accountable to data driven KPIs including net promoter score, relationship renewal rate, registry/pre-registry members recruited per partnershipResponsible for program and partnership specific impact reporting to key internal and external stakeholders.Support needs of the Partnerships team, under direction of leader.Track and manage budget assigned to partnerships.Provide input to leader, and collaboration with team, on strategic planning and execute upon plan operationallyCollaborate through leader with MDPO marketing business partner in support of measurable marketing strategies and communication plans that support the growth and development of assigned partnerships.Collaborate with peer team to provide one NMDP voice and partnership experience in marketAnticipate and execute on the needs for internal and external stakeholders erring on the side of overcommunication and transparencyMaximize partnership impact within scope of budget and human resources building upon volunteer networkIdentify and act upon operational inefficiencies, escalating to peer team and leaderResponsible for utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to capture partnership activity, create campaigns and monitor campaigns created by team members, and Looker to track partnership results.Other duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of:Expertise working with and through diverse audiences including but not limited to diverse audiences: ethnicity, faith, gender, and sexual orientation.A passion for working both with and through education, corporate and community partnersPartnership managementTrainingProject managementWorking with and through volunteersEffective communications & education strategiesEvent coordinationAbility to:Represent NMDP and reflect our organization valuesInfluence cross-functional teams without direct authorityBe professionally organizedTrack assigned partnerships through data and systems such as Salesforce, Looker, and Donor DriveUtilize various software and communication platforms necessary for partner management (SharePoint, FirstUp, DigiDeck, Canva, etc.)Simultaneously manage multiple partnerships/initiatives in a fast-paced environmentThrive in and prefer a highly collaborative environmentCommunicate effectively to multiple audiences through multiple channelsEducation and/or Experience:Bachelor's Degree in business, health care, education or closely related field or 5 years subject matter expertise in cellular therapy recruitmen , or other related field such as blood recruitment2 years managing partnerships and/or accountsExperience managing and renewing business at an 80% partner retention rateWorking with clients or leaders from multiple backgrounds and disciplinesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)Experience with NMDP key partnerships/programs.Background communicating effectively with targeted partnership populations areas such as: presentations, conferences, classrooms and volunteerismProfessional connections into assigned market regional and national potential partnershipsExperience creating, maintaining, and revitalizing partnershipsTRAVEL : 15-25%. All travel to be preapproved by the manager to include representing NMDP at conferences, key regional registry recruitment events, department, and company meetings.
