The successful candidate must have completed a Gender Affirmation Surgery Fellowship, have demonstrable expertise/interest in caring for patients requiring body, genital, and facial gender affirmation surgery, and demonstrates the interest and ability to cultivate clinical and research collaboration within our Center for Sexual Health and other disciplines involved in the care of gender dysphoria. The candidate will be primarily responsible for gender affirmation surgeries, but will also be responsible for participating in plastic surgery call and treating general plastic surgery patients. The candidate must be willing to work at off-site facilities in addition to the main University Hospital. He/She/They must be eligible for licensure in the State of Minnesota, and be eligible to work in the United States. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional collaboration abilities with partners and staff. Understands and places importance on patient care/service.
