The position is responsible for refining and maintaining DCR's operational compliance program and assisting to ensure its ongoing effectiveness & sustainability. Actively escalate conflicts in priority or resource. 10% - Stakeholder reporting regarding program, project/initiative status, progress, issues/barriers 10% - Maintain & continuously enhance subject matter expertise in compliance and business areas 5% - Contribute as team member or leader on other special projects 5% - Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS degree in data-driven field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Health Services Research, Social Science, Econometrics, IT) is required 4+ years of compliance related experience with the ability to analyze laws and regulations, conduct investigations, evaluate and assess programs is strongly preferred Clinical Trials experience is preferred Capacity to work effectively in a remote environment is required Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional groups.
