About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Operational Accounting Associate in Indirect Property Tax as part of the Commercial Banking Operations (CBO) division. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) .
In this role, you will:
Provide operational accounting support to internal business groups or operations departments to ensure that accounts are being managed within the account policy requirements
Perform customer account maintenance duties
Perform operational accounting activities related to account reconcilement and maintenance
Evaluate the operational accounting transactions and maintenance of operational accounting controls
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Manage incoming tax mail and correspondence as well index and upload to applicable workflows.
Mailroom opening, sorting, and distribution experience
Office Administrator experience
Effective and efficient organization skills
Ability to thrive in a matrix organization
BA or BS or Higher in Finance, Accounting, Analytics and Reporting
Experience with Property Tax Management Software (PTMS) or equivalent
Intermediate MS Office (Word/Excel) skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Effective analytical skills
Job Expectations:
This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule
The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; within 6 am to 6:00 pm CST.
Ability to work additional hours as needed

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$20.29 - $30.48
