The OnBase Business Support Analyst role will be a Business Analyst handling support issues received at the OnBase Email Routing. The OnBase Business Support Analyst must be able to work directly with different business units and guide solutions for workflow and document management within varied operational structures. The analyst must also be comfortable troubleshooting and solving for application issues as they are reported by supported business areas. This includes, but is not limited to, checking server health, workflow timers, document import and automatic indexing processes.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage different operation teams to strategize, prioritize, develop, and support new products and services within the OnBase application

  • Act as the primary communication conduit for all development activity including:

  • Facilitating all requirement-gathering activities

  • Regularly updating stakeholders, subject matter experts, business teams and other integrated IT partners of all project development

  • Collaborating with internal and external customers and partners to constantly reevaluate and prioritize ongoing development

  • Analyze, design, and prepare application/system specifications for information systems solution which address business needs and methods for testing and installation

  • Prepare detailed specifications from which solutions will be built that coincide with all OnBase best practices as established by the team

  • Continually seek opportunities to engage emerging technologies within the OnBase application

  • Work cooperatively within the OnBase team to rigorously scrutinize new development, configuration and coding to ensure efficient code is being implemented with minimum impact to other business areas

Required Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma / GED

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • 1+ years working as a subject matter expert within OnBase or a similar configurable workflow and document management tool

  • 1+ years of experience presenting complex technical solutions to business in a digestible and understandable manner

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Create/Edit, Formula Management)

  • Experience with Microsoft Word (Creating/Editing/Managing documents)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the principals of document indexing and management (Document Types, Document Group Types, Keywords, Autofill Keyword Sets, Managed Security of Documents.

  • Understanding of Document Import Processing (DIP), configurable forms and form engines (HTML and/or Unity), Security Group Management and Report Services/Dashboard Reports

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.

  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
