Required: * At least one course of High School level biology. * Interest in molecular biology, host-microbe interactions, and learning the Drosophila model. * Ability to build and maintain positive and productive interpersonal relationships with a diverse and dynamic laboratory team, plus other colleagues and collaborators. * Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, meticulous record-keeping and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Ability to adhere to established safety guidelines. * Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills.
