We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role primarily involves working on website pages, utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to match updated branding styles. The position also requires strong attention to detail to effectively troubleshoot site issues.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to work on website pages and align them with the updated brand style.

• Troubleshoot website issues to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

• Implement and manage advertisements and blogging activities to boost brand awareness.

• Conduct campaign planning and manage budget processes to ensure the effective allocation of resources.

• Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications efficiently.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.

• Use Facebook Insights to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.

Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is required.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential.

• Experience with Facebook Insights and other social media analytic tools is necessary.

• Ability to create and manage advertisements across different platforms.

• Experience in blogging and content creation is needed.

• Understanding of brand awareness strategies and ability to implement them effectively.

• Knowledge of budget processes and ability to manage marketing budgets.

• Experience with campaign planning and execution is important.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Capability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
