job summary:

We are looking for a hardworking Spiral Winding Machine Operator to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be capable of running our spiral winding machines, eventually managing two machines simultaneously. This role requires individuals who can problem-solve independently and maintain high productivity levels Responsibilities: Operate spiral winding machines efficiently. Manage and run two machines simultaneously after the training period. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: Prior experience with machine operation, preferably in a similar environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. High attention to detail and quality. Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required. Must pass a background check and a 5-panel drug test. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

location: Minneapolis, MN

salary: $23.01/hr

work hours: 4:30PM to 3:00AM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

skills:

• Inspect quality and defects of products

• Use measurement devices such as calipers & micrometers

• Load, unload materials & equipment

• Inspect material supplies and inventory

dress code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
