Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Program Manager to join our National Mission Critical team. Some things you can expect to do: Partner with the Mission Critical leadership team to develop and implement a learning strategy that improves operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Deliver impactful training that drives consistent performance and implement quality review measures to ensure alignment. Travel extensively to active job sites to deliver training and measure impact. Strategize: Collaborate with Mission Critical leadership to define the learning strategy, prioritization, roll out, and evaluation of learning across all construction competencies. This includes the maintenance of knowledge management tools and learning curriculums.A successful strategy will incorporate knowledge and learning in technical, process, system, and professional skills. Content Creation: Lead Mission Critical specific content creation efforts through developing a diverse group of subject matter experts to define process, best practice, and evaluation opportunities. Effective content is content that improves operational efficiency as demonstrated through measurable results. Facilitate: Facilitate live and virtual in-person courses across a wide range of construction topics. Effective facilitation includes the utilization of adult learning principles, strong presentation skills and the ability to create meaningful engagement with learners. This role will feature travel to each of our job sites. Quality Assurance and Impact Measurement: Help define and implement feedback mechanisms that ensure the policies, best practices and guidance in the curriculum are being implemented on projects. Partner with the business to develop systems and perform quality checks as part of achieving measurable results. Job Requirements: Knowledge of Construction processes and toolsets, including Procore, MS Project, and learning management platforms. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking skills and the ability to present ideas concisely, clearly, and effectively. Ability to partner with subject matter experts, interpret customer needs, and translate them into learning deliverables. Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing and design management. Experience in leading design/build projects. Ability to listen effectively, value the opinions of others and acknowledge contributions of others. Enterprising, diplomatic, and proactive problem solver. Build and maintain solid relationships, both internally and externally. Strong organizational skills, creative thinking skills, and curriculum planning ability. Able to evaluate priorities and execute tasks accordingly in a constantly changing environment. Proven experience designing, developing, and facilitating training in a business setting. Ability to assess skills and knowledge and determine what developmental solution is needed. Degree in organizational development preferred or equivalent work experience. Ability to travel to all national locations as needed, including overnight stays. Experience in training and instructional design supporting the development and facilitation of engaging and effective learning. Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation: The salary range is $96,500 - $120,600. The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
